1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in original condition—unused, unworn, and with the original tags still attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Sale items

    • Gift cards

    • Intimate or personal care items (such as underwear, swimwear)

Please note that items not meeting the above criteria will not be accepted for return or exchange.


2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Send an email to payment@turnerwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

    • Reason for the return or exchange

  2. Return Authorization:
    Upon receiving your request, our customer service team will respond with a Return Authorization Number (if applicable) and further instructions.

  3. Ship Your Return:
    Once authorized, return the item(s) to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was an error in fulfilling the order. We recommend using a secure, trackable service to ensure that your return is properly documented.


3. Refunds

After we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund.

  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

  • Non-refundable Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or the item is defective.


4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at payment@turnerwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order, specifying the item(s) you wish to exchange and the desired replacement size, color, or style.

  2. Return & Replacement Process:
    Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the criteria, we will process the exchange and send you the replacement item(s).

  • If the replacement item is of a higher value than the original, you will be charged the difference.

  • If the replacement item is of a lower value, we will issue a refund for the price difference.


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

We strive to deliver high-quality products. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at payment@turnerwear.com. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and offer either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.

Please provide the following when contacting us about defective or incorrect items:

  • Photos of the defective or incorrect item

  • A description of the issue

7. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at payment@turnerwear.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel the order before it is processed, but once it has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, you can follow the Return & Exchange process upon receiving your item.


8. Final Sale Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate and personal care products (such as underwear or swimwear)

These items are clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
